January 27, 2014 This hotel superseded its reputation I never expected so many amenities for just one room.this was a first for me at a plush was clean comfortable and big. Thanks for affording this opportunity to stay with you.other hotels don't come close to measuring up to this one.i can scratch another one off my bucket list.

March 14, 2014 Courteous Staff I have stayed at this propery for several weeks for business travel. Most of the staff members have been extremely courteous to me during my stay. The praise for these employees has been long over due. James for always greeting me when I pass the front desk and helping me with whatever questions I have. David for always saying hi and greeting me with a big smile. He also always offers to get me a cab. Fery for greeting me with a big smile and always helping me with directions to a restaurant I am looking for. Lee for helping me at the front desk with a smile. Nicole for helping me at the front desk with a smile. The guys near the storage room for always being extremely helpful is storing my bags. I need to learn their names.

February 25, 2014 THIS HOTEL HAS THE BEST MANAGER My review is simple. I ask for something, and I get it. This hotel is extremely friendly, the staff are great, the management office is outstanding, and I cant thank the entire team enough for what they do for me when I come to this hotel. December 5, 2013 Best Customer Service experience ever! Incredibly excellent service, the best customer service I've EVER received at any hotel, anywhere in my world travels. Every single member of the hotel staff was in tune with providing the best service with an eye on the guests needs and convenience. The hotel staff accommodated an evening party for more than 60 business people with phenomenal results including excellent food, signature drinks and a fun atmosphere. The hotel has a beautiful, modern/contemporary design. It was spotlessly clean, had great amenities. Every person I traveled with raved about the comfort of their rooms and the fantastic shower!

February 19, 2014 Best Service In All Our Years Of Travel From the moment we were welcomed at the airport, our stay at the St. Regis Bora Bora was an experience in globally superior service. It was clear to us throughout our entire 9 day stay that this property places the highest priority on customer service and satisfaction. And they do this through thoughtful hiring and intense/ongoing training. Well, it's paid off. We were welcomed by name everywhere we went. And every single employee that passed us anywhere on the property warmly greeted us with a ""Ia Orana!"" which seemed sincere from the heart. And there are not enough words to describe our Butler (Pierre). He anticipated our thoughts before we even had them, and was delivering on them before our mouths could form the request. And as if all the thoughtfulness and service wasn't enough, I thought it was an appropriate ending to a magical visit when we saw the staff (they clearly have a several staff to 1 guest ratio) waving goodbye from the dock long after we could no longer see their faces. They just stayed there on the dock continuing to wave goodbye long after we were out of view - as though we were their favorite guests, and they were really going to miss us! Our Butler told us that if it rains on the day you leave Bora Bora, it means Bora Bora is crying because it is sad to see you go. There were definitely tears in the sky and tears in our eyes when we had to leave. And now, we can't wait to come back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

March 6, 2014 Excellent getaway with a view I travel often and very rarely have had such a nice stay at a hotel. The room was comfortable and had an excellent view of the river/lake (had one of the King Club Suites). The breakfast (which comes with the club suites), was pleasant, and the waitstaff was extremely friendly. I booked through the Sheraton website and was able to get an excellent rate for the evening, which even came with free over-night parking. I'd suggest this hotel to anyone visiting the Chicago area.

March 14, 2014 Very welcoming and relaxing We got a very warm welcome upon checking in - made us relaxed and happy to be here (after long day of driving) the room is very contemporary and nice. The breakfast and eating area is superb. First time in a week we are happy to sit around and enjoy the ambience. Nice to feel welcomed as a family right next to the business clientele. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the strip.
