March 25, 2014 Impeccable Service, beautiful hotel The service at the St. Regis is beyond any we have ever experienced. From the doormen to the management staff, you are made to feel like the most special guest in the hotel. Beyond the service, the décor of the hotel is magnificent--beautiful flowers everywhere, tastefully decorated public areas and guest rooms, and spotless housekeeping.

March 14, 2014 Very welcoming and relaxing We got a very warm welcome upon checking in - made us relaxed and happy to be here (after long day of driving) the room is very contemporary and nice. The breakfast and eating area is superb. First time in a week we are happy to sit around and enjoy the ambience. Nice to feel welcomed as a family right next to the business clientele. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from the strip.

October 24, 2013 Outrageous Customer Service - Wonderful Experience For my daughter's wedding we had the reception at Kaufmann Stadium so we blocked out 40 rooms at this hotel for our guests. The staff was very attentive to all our needs and ensured that everything went perfect. We hosted the rehearsal dinner, and brunch after at the hotel and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the food to the service we could not ask for anything more. Rhonda and Lorraine were just incredible. Every one of our guests felt the exact same way and they treated us like royalty. Thank you Rhonda, Lorraine & Team. We cant wait to visit you again.

March 18, 2014 Best Resort on the Best Beach Located on the best beach in Maui (Ka'anapali) you're walking distance and a short drive from abundant dining, shopping, and activities. The resort designed to be open, lush & tropical, as well as family friendly. The service is friendly and accommodating. The rooms have been updated in the ocean tower which can't be overlooked. They did a great job with the appointments and design. The Westin rewards Platinum guests with little bonuses and expert service throughout the trip, you will feel very taken care of. Highlights : Swimming with sea turtles at Blackrock, lounging by the beach or pool in a private cabana, relaxing in the newly renovated ocean tower rooms, taking our breakfast every morning at Relish Bistro.

February 19, 2014 Best Service In All Our Years Of Travel From the moment we were welcomed at the airport, our stay at the St. Regis Bora Bora was an experience in globally superior service. It was clear to us throughout our entire 9 day stay that this property places the highest priority on customer service and satisfaction. And they do this through thoughtful hiring and intense/ongoing training. Well, it's paid off. We were welcomed by name everywhere we went. And every single employee that passed us anywhere on the property warmly greeted us with a ""Ia Orana!"" which seemed sincere from the heart. And there are not enough words to describe our Butler (Pierre). He anticipated our thoughts before we even had them, and was delivering on them before our mouths could form the request. And as if all the thoughtfulness and service wasn't enough, I thought it was an appropriate ending to a magical visit when we saw the staff (they clearly have a several staff to 1 guest ratio) waving goodbye from the dock long after we could no longer see their faces. They just stayed there on the dock continuing to wave goodbye long after we were out of view - as though we were their favorite guests, and they were really going to miss us! Our Butler told us that if it rains on the day you leave Bora Bora, it means Bora Bora is crying because it is sad to see you go. There were definitely tears in the sky and tears in our eyes when we had to leave. And now, we can't wait to come back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

February 24, 2014 Better than I imagined! Great bar scene right in the lobby! Rooms were very nice; great use of the space! Staff was very accommodating. Loved that this was the first hotel I stayed at ever that did not charge for the bottles of water that they place in each room. We were on the 14th floor and the views were awesome. I will definitely be staying there again!

April 8, 2014 Best hotel to stay in NYC, period If you are looking for a quiet hotel with exquisite attention to detail and spacious rooms, this is THE Hotel to stay in NYC. Their new remodeling has even attracted those of us who are young professionals. The check in process was flawless and I was promptly greeted by my butler as soon as I got into my room. The breakfast is quite generous in portions and I would only have compliments to give.
