Terms and Conditions
• Group/Event/Meeting contract must be signed by April 30, 2009, and room block must be used and paid for by December 31, 2009, to qualify for this offer.
• Offer must be referenced at start of negotiation process.
• Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred. Minimum eligible revenue of $2,500 must be booked to qualify for this offer.
• Client will receive a discount equal to 3% of the total master billed charges for Guest Room revenue only (if rooms are master billed), Discount is not offered on any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges on the master bill.
• 10% discount on Food & Beverage is off published (non-discounted) rates on the menu. Discount is eligible for banquets & catering revenue only, on non-labor costs. For bookings at Canadian properties, discount is not eligible for use on purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• 20% discount on Audio/Visual is off published (non-discounted) price list for equipment only. Discount only applies when in-house A/V company at the hotel is used to fully service the event.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the time frames specified in the contract to receive the discount on the master bill.
• Starwood reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
• Offer is subject to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking. Valid only at North America participating properties.
• Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.
• Promotion valid to all eligible group/event/meeting bookings, including those booked through travel agents and third parties at commissionable rates.
• May not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions.
• Planner is responsible for disclosure to client of any incentives received, including Starpoints, and is responsible for compliance with any client or employer gift or incentive policy that may apply.
• Starpoint Signing Bonus amount is based on total revenue of contract. Please refer to the chart on the offer landing page for more specific details on Signing Bonus amount.
• Starpoint Signing Bonus not available on bookings at the Park Ridge Hotel and Minneapolis Gateway Hotel.
Planner must be an active member of and in good standing with the Starwood Preferred Planner program and Starwood Preferred Guest® program to receive Starpoints.
