Get More for your Meeting, Give More to your Community Offer

• Group/Event/Meeting contract must be signed by September 30, 2010, and room block must be used and paid for by December 31, 2010, to qualify for this offer.
• At participating Canada properties group/event/meeting contracts that book this offer for a meeting used and paid for in 2010 can sign additional contracts by September 30, 2010, for group/event/meeting contracts used and paid for by December 31, 2011. The 2011 meetings qualify for the 4% off master and Starpoints signing bonus. The complimentary refreshment break and sweepstakes components are not valid for meetings with dates past 2010.
• Offer must be referenced at start of negotiation process.
• Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.
• This offer is not valid for catering-only events or wedding contracts.
• Minimum of 25 room nights total must be booked to qualify for this offer at Luxury Collection, W, Westin, Sheraton and Le Meridien brand hotels.
• This offer is not valid at St. Regis hotels.
• Client will receive a discount equal to 4% of the total master billed charges for Meeting rooms, Guest rooms (if rooms are master billed) and Banquets & Catering. Discount is not offered on any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges on the master bill.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the time frames specified in the contract to receive the discount on the master bill.
• Starpoints^® signing bonus amount is based on the number of room nights contracted, Bonus is 2,500 Starpoints for every 25 room nights booked to a maximum of 100,000 bonus Starpoints per contract.
• The Starpoints signing bonus at Sheraton brand hotels is double - 5,000 Starpoints for every 25 room nights booked to a maximum of 200,000 bonus Starpoints per contract. A guest must first register in order to be eligible for the double bonus at Sheraton hotels. Guests can register at www.sheraton.com/rediscovermeetings.
• If the group or event is canceled, Starwood reserves the right to cancel and delete the Starpoint signing bonus from the client's account.

Complimentary Meeting Space

• In addition to the Get More for your Meeting, Give More to your Community Offer outlined above, group/event/meeting contracts signed between August 1 and September 30, 2010, and room blocks used and paid for by December 31, 2010, qualify for a complimentary meeting space offer.
• Complimentary meeting room is one per group, per event and is subject to hotel meeting space availability. Hotels with adjoining meeting space managed separate from the hotel – e.g. conference halls or conference centers – may not be able to provide the complimentary meeting space. The size of the complimentary meeting room will accommodate the number of overnight guests booked for the group on the adjacent night for that given group. Excessive space for a given group size may not be available at a complimentary level.
