Terms and Conditions

    Group/Event/Meeting contract must be signed by 31 March 2014, and room block must be used and paid for by 31 December 2014, to qualify for this offer.
  1. Offer must be referenced The Choices are Yours at start of negotiation process.
  2. Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.
  3. Not valid for Catering-only events; bookings must have a minimum of 10 rooms on peak night to qualify.
  4. A maximum of 6 complimentary rooms apply
  5. Discount is not offered on any surcharges, gratuities, taxes and third party charges on the master bill.
  6. Availability of specific products may vary based on hotel.
  7. No substitutions or credit will be permitted.
  8. Payment must be made in accordance with the time frames specified in the contract to receive the discount on the master bill.
  9. Starwood reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
  10. Offer is subject to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking.
  11. Valid only at Europe, Africa and Middle East participating properties.
  12. Not responsible for omissions or typographical errors.
  13. Void where prohibited by law.
  14. Promotion valid to all eligible group/event/meeting bookings, including those booked through travel agents and third parties at commissionable rates.
  15. May not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions. Planner is responsible for disclosure to client of any incentives received, including Starpoints, and is responsible for compliance with any client or employer gift or incentive policy that may apply.
  16. Starpoint Signing Bonus amount is based on total revenue of contract at the time of signing. Planner must be an active member of and in good standing with the Starwood Preferred Planner program and Starwood Preferred Guest® program to receive Starpoints.
  17. Use of Starpoints is subject to the terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest program.
