A minimum of 10 peak room nights must be booked to qualify.
Only applicable to group room blocks of 100 rooms or less at hotels in Australia, Fiji,The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali and the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort, Japan.
Hotel will provide the same number of free full day meeting packages as there are guests staying in house overnight with a maximum of two free full day meeting packages provided per paid room.
Free full day meeting package must be taken at the same time as the overnight accommodation.
Free third night accommodation must be taken in conjunction with the paid first and second night of overnight accommodation.
Complimentary room night is on room-only basis and does not include breakfast.
Complimentary room night is applicable for the 3rd night only per each residential conference booking.
For the free 3rd night accommodation, the number of complimentary rooms provided will be the average of the previous two paid nights.
This offer is based on availability.
Standard conference package includes the following (may vary by hotel): Conference Room Rental (plenary/main room only) • Morning and afternoon tea/coffee • Lunch – chefs selection • Flipcharts • Pads and Pens • Mineral Water and Mints.
Group/Events/Meeting contract must be signed between 1st July and 31st October 2009 and room block must be used and paid for between 1st July 2009 and 31st March 2010 to qualify for this offer.
Not valid with any room blocks or meetings currently booked, under negotiation or that have already occurred.
Offer is subjected to availability of guest rooms and meeting facilities at time of booking.
Valid only at participating properties – refer to list of participating hotels.
Promotion valid to all eligible group/event/meeting bookings, including those booked through travel agents and third parties at commissionable rates.
May not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts, or promotions.
The bonus Starpoints are calculated at 2,500 Starpoints for every 25 paying rooms confirmed at the time of booking.
Bonus Starpoints are only calculated based on paid room nights and is not applicable for complimentary rooms.
Bonus Starpoints are issued at the time the booking is being confirmed.
Planner is responsible for disclosure to client of any incentives received [including Starpoints] and is responsible for compliance with any client or employer gift or incentive policy that may apply.
Planner must be active member, in good standing, of Starwood Preferred Planner Program and Starwood Preferred Guest Program to receive Starpoints. Use of Starpoints is subjected to the terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest Program.
